Finally we found the solution for Ovi Store problem which we posted over here.
Case 1
1. If you have done a hard reset and Ovi Store Stopped working then you just have to flash your Nokia N8 with Phoenix with default Firmware.

Case 2
Just re-install the Symbian Belle firmware via Nokia Suite and all Qt issues will be fixed.

5. From the package, v4.7 install these two files (qtwebkit_2_1.sis and qt_4_7_0_opengl.sis) into phone memory.
6. Done, now you can run Ovi Store App from the Menu without any problem.
Thats mean can run Ovi Store App without download?

Unfortunately I did the above procedure and still gives the message “Unable to install” when I download the application OVI STORE. Any solution?
My Ovi Store no problem after hard reset, should I need to install Qt 4.7?

After Hard reset, even after install qt files,I am unable to install Ovi Store application. simply (unable to install) message appears,
