Nokia Asha Series: 200, 201, 300 and 303 announced at Nokia World Today

Today at Nokia World, Stephen Elop has announced Nokia Asha Series based upon Series 40 6th edition. This is basically a lower end series of featured smart phones. Nokia Asha 303 is on the top of others including Nokia 200, 201 and 300.

Nokia Asha 303 is blackberry kind of phone by Nokia having full QWERTY keyboard and a 2.4 inch capacitive touch display running on S40 6th edition equipped with 3.2MP Camera and processing capability of 1Ghz. Apps and Games like WhatsApp and Angry Birds are preloaded on this device. It costs around 150.

Nokia Asha 300

Nokia 300 is a candy bar phone running on S40 6th edition which also offers a capacitive touch display backed by 1Ghz CPU and offers a 5MP Camera.

These two Nokia 303 and 300 are considered top notch devices among the lower end series of Nokia Asha.

Remaining two devices Nokia 200 and 201 offer great features too including full QWERTY support. Nokia 200 has support for dual sims and upto 32GB of storage for media playback while 201 doesn’t have dual sim support. Nokia 201 offers exceptionally loud speakers.

All of these four devices are equipped with Nokia Browser that is backed up by cloud which helps to compress data upto 90% saving the huge data costs for consumers. Polycarbonate materials are being used in manufacturing of these four devices by Nokia.
