1. Download Phoenix 2011 from here
2. Download Nokia N8 Downgrade Firmware v11.5 RM 596 Scandinavia.rar - (PR 1.0)
(Please note that this one is the stable and only firmware which can help you downgrade your Nokia N8)
Why to downgrade? If you are using Symbian Anna Leaked Firmware or Symbian Belle Leaked Firmware you might be interested to revert back to the original firmware, however you'll be able to upgrade your phone to PR 2.0 (Official Symbian Anna)
3. Flash it with Phoenix (Its not required to flash it in DEAD USB mode, however you can flash it in DEAD USB mode if your Nokia N8 is DEAD)
